建立区域心电诊断及质控中心的必要基础研究

Necessary Basic Research on Establishing Regional ECG Diagnosis and Quality Control Center

心电诊断的开展已有百年时间,针对心律失常,心电诊断具有必要性、不可替代性及实时性等特点,但不同级别医院间心电诊断的覆盖率、准确性及规范性有较大差异。本文以心电诊断的基本属性和临床应用等基本概念为出发点,对不同类别医疗机构间的心电诊断结果差异性进行横向比较,对心电诊断的准确率给出客观的相对定量分析,探求在区域性医疗机构间整体提升诊断水平的必要性,同时提出建立区域性心电诊断中心及质控中心,以及面临的建设困难,最后对区域心电诊断的前景和未来发展进行展望。

The ECG diagnosis has been established for over 100 years,which is necessary,irreplaceable and real-time,especially for cardiac arrhythmia.But there have difference between serval hospitals belong to differ levels on coverage,accuracy and standardization in ECG diagnosis.This paper based on attributes and application of ECG diagnosis,comparing the defect infeed of ECG diagnosis results among different medical institutions,objective resulting the quantitative analysis of the accuracy of ECG diagnosis,researching if it is necessary to improve the diagnosis level in regional medical institutions.And propose to establish the regional ECG diagnosis and quality control center,expound construct difficulties and looking forward to the prospect and future development of regional ECG diagnosis.
