摘要
为了明确间歇性放电时LaB 6空心阴极放电电压波动的原因,首先对寿命试验期间空心阴极的放电电压进行了监测,然后对空心阴极发射体的剖切分析,通过以上方法开展了LaB 6发射体表面成份及中毒机理试验研究。结果表明:暴露大气后LaB 6空心阴极表面被氧化,发射体表面逸出功增加,导致电压波动。最后,提出了去除LaB 6发射体表面氧化层的方法。
Aiming at the phenomenon of LaB 6 hollow cathode discharge voltage fluctuation during intermittent discharge.Firstly,the discharge voltage of hollow cathode during life test was monitored.Then,the LaB 6 emitter surface composition and poisoning mechanism test were carried out.The surface composition and poisoning mechanism of the LaB6 hollow cathode emitter were studied by this methods.The test results show that the surface of the LaB6 hollow cathode is oxidized after exposure to the atmosphere,and the work function of the emitter surface increase,which will cause anode voltage fluctuation.Finally,the method to remove the oxide layer on the surface of the LaB 6 emitter is proposed.
