摘要
以完善现有预警机制、减轻高校教育工作者的工作负担为研究主旨,以Diane E Papalia、Sally Wendkos Olds与Ruth Duskin Feldman合著的《发展心理学》中关于青少年期心理社会发展状况方面的论述为理论基础,提出一种基于工作经验、学生反馈与实际案例设计的新型高校风险预警机制,对该机制的可操作性与实用性进行了分析与讨论。该机制被应用于实际工作之中,成功预警了潜在风险事件,证实其具有一定的实际意义。
It has built a risk-alert system for university students based on work experience,students’feedback and true examples in this paper,and its purpose is to improve the present risk-alert systems and lighten the works of teachers.The theory which has been used to support this new system by Diane E Papalia,Sally Wendkos Olds and Ruth Duskin Feldman’s Developmental Psychology.It has done some research on the operability and practicality of this new system,and the system has already been practiced in works and successfully realized several potential emergencies and proved its significance.
