在高校开展校园定向赛的必要性与可行性

定向比赛在我国是一项新兴体育运动项目,已经逐步走进人们的生活.文章旨在探究定向赛是否适合在高校中普遍开展.采用文献资料、实地调查等方法,在对校园定向赛概念界定的基础上,对其必要性与可行性进行研究.结果表明:定向赛在高校开展的必要性主要体现在能体现高校教育创新,紧跟时代发展;能培养学生健康意识,增进身体健康;能培养学生社交能力,增进心理健康;能传播校园文化理念,扩大影响范围.其可行性主要体现在定向赛在高校开展所需资源要求不高;参赛门槛低,深受大学生喜爱;并有明确的政策指引;也符合现代教育理念.结论与建议:在高校开展校园定向赛是必要的,也是可行的,但在开展过程中应加强宣传,并与校园文化相结合,科学合理的设置赛事.

Orienteering is a new sport event in China,which has gradually entered people's life.This paper aims to explore whether orienteering is suitable to be widely carried out in colleges and universities.Based on the definition of the concept of campus orienteering,this paper studies the necessity and feasibility of orien⁃teering by using the methods of literature and field investigation.The results show that the necessity of orien⁃teering in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the innovation of college education,keeping up with the development of the times,cultivating students'health awareness and improving their physical health,culti⁃vating students'social skills and improving their mental health,and spreading campus cultural ideas and ex⁃panding the scope of influence.The feasibility of orienteering in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the fact that the resource requirements are not high,the entry threshold is so low that college students love it,and there are clear policy guidance,but also in line with the concept of modern education.Conclusion and suggestion:it is necessary and feasible to carry out orienteering in colleges and universities,which is suitable for extensive development in colleges and universities.However,publicity should be strengthened and com⁃bined with campus culture to set up scientific and reasonable competitions.
