新时代大学生廉洁教育的现实困境与机制创新

Integrity Education Among College Students in the New Era:Predicaments and Mechanism Innovations

开展大学生廉洁教育,是确保党和国家事业辉煌的战略工程,是丰富和完善高校德育内容的有力举措,是促进大学生健康成长成才的内在需要。针对当前大学生廉洁教育中存在的部分大学生对廉洁教育缺乏认同感、少数高校对廉洁教育的认识存在误区、复杂的社会环境影响大学生廉洁教育效果等现实困境,应着力加强机制创新。机制创新的路径主要有:提升理论武装,充分发挥课堂教学的主渠道机制;加强日常培育,健全完善党团活动的建设机制;注重环境熏陶,全面建构校园文化引领的生态机制;遵循科学管理,建构健全系统的保障机制;积极拓展渠道,形成全社会共同参与的合力机制。

Integrity education among college students is a powerful measure and internal requirement to carry out the Party's education policy and enrich and perfect the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Given the lack of recognition of integrity education,the wrong interpretation,and the interference of the complicated social environment,innovations with mechanism are to be emphasized in particular.This can be done from the following five aspects:improving the theory qualities to make use of the major channel of classroom lectures;enhancing daily education and perfecting Party and League activity mechanisms;emphasizing the nurturing function of the environment to strengthen the guiding function of campus culture;adopting scientific management measures to construct and perfect the safeguard mechanism;making explorations into new channels for the joint forces of the whole society.
