《金匮要略》脏腑气逆证治探究

Exploration on Syndrome and Treatment of Zang and Fu in Synopsis of Golden Chamber

文章着重探讨了《金匮要略》中有关脏腑气逆证治的部分,以脏腑为纲,具体分为肺气上逆之喘咳、胃气上逆之呕哕、肝气上逆之肝气奔豚、肾气上逆之奔豚以及阳微阴弦之胸痹等证。通过分析条文所述证治,探究其病因、病机与证治特点。通过分析原书所记载方药的组成、用量、功用以及与病机之间的联系,总结《金匮要略》在脏腑气逆治疗中的遣方用药规律。从《金匮要略》治疗脏腑气逆证的诸多药物中提炼出常用药半夏、桂枝、生姜,通过结合其功用、主治以及一些医家观点,揭示它们在相应脏腑气逆证治中的应用规律。

The article focused on the section of syndrome and treatment of Zang and Fu in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.It took the Zang and Fu as the guiding principle,specifically divided into cough with invasion of Lung Qi,anabole with invasion of Stomach Qi,Liver amassment with invasion of Liver Qi,Kidney amassment with invasion of Kidney Qi and chest obstruction due to insufficient Yang and excessive Yin.By studying the syndromes and treatments described in original version,the article explored the cause of disease pathogenesis and figured out the feature of treatments.By analyzing the composition,dosage,function and connection with the pathogenesis from the prescriptions recorded in the original version,the article summarized the regularities of drug used which were in the treatment with the invasion of Qi from Zang and Fu in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Pinellia,cinnamon and ginger were summarized from the herbs for treatments of the invasion of Qi in Zang and Fu from Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Combined with their function and indications and some medical views,the regularities of these herbs related to the invasion of Qi from Zang and Fu were revealed.
