饮片挥发性成分在复方中的嬗变——桂枝汤部分研究刍议 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨桂枝汤提取工艺等部分现代研究将挥发性物质作为全方主要药效物质和提取优化指标的合理性。方法:结合中医经典著作、名老中医药专家观点和相关现代研究,基于《伤寒论》中桂枝汤相关条文,分析桂枝汤制备方法对全方挥发性成分的影响。结果:《伤寒论》的桂枝汤制备方法实际作用是调整复方药液成分比例,虽然组方的多味中药含有挥发油类成分,但不宜将挥发性成分视为桂枝汤主要物质基础,本方也并非一般意义上的发汗剂。结论:中药生产和研究不可忽视中医药的理论指导作用。中药复方的制备过程对组方中药成分的变化影响值得重视。 Objective:To explore the rationality of Guizhi Decoction’s extraction process and other modern studies regarding volatile substances as the main medicinal substances or extraction optimization indicators.Methods:Based on the classic works of traditiond Chinese medicine(TCM),the opinions of experts in TCM and relevant modern research,reviewed the relevant provisions of Guizhi Decoction in Shanghan Lun and analyzed the effects of the preparation methods of Guizhi Decoction on the volatile components of the whole prescription.Results:The actual preparation method of Guizhi Decoction in Shanghan Lun was to adjust the composition ratio of the compound medicinal solution.Although the multi-flavored Chinese herbal pieces contains volatile oil components,it was not appropriate to consider the volatile components as the main material basis of Guizhi Decoction.And it was not a diaphoretic medicine in the general sense.Conclusion:The production and research of TCM should not neglect the theoretical guiding role of TCM.The influence of the preparation process of the traditional Chinese medicine compound on the changes in the composition of the Chinese herbal pieces was worthy of attention.
