从《伤寒论》六经辨证浅论经方配合针灸治疗泄泻

A Dialectical Discussion on Acupuncture and Classical Prescriptions Treatment of Diarrhea from“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”

运用仲景《伤寒论》六经辨证来论述泄泻的针灸治疗,以六经病证为纲,结合笔者运用经方和针灸20多年的临床经验,以六经辨证提纲及相关经文来认识和区分六经之泄泻、给出六经泄泻之定义、类型、同时详细分析产生六经泄泻之病机,根据六经泄泻病机结合针灸取穴原则,给出相应六经泄泻之针灸处方,同时以近年来所治疗的六经泄泻之病案来印证六经泄泻的经方运用和针灸治疗,加深读者对本文理念的认同,促进读者从不同角度认识《伤寒论》,以期利益临床,为临床运用经方和针药并用提供思路。

Using Zhongjing’s six-meridian syndrome differentiation of“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”to explain the acupuncture treatment of diarrhea.Taking the six-meridian syndrome as the outline,combined with the author’s clinical experience of using classical prescriptions and acupuncture for more than 20 years,according to the type of diarrhea,pathogenesis and acupoints selection,a simple inductive analysis and elucidation were made,in order to benefit the clinical,and provide ideas for the clinical application of the classical prescriptions and acupuncture.
