舒琦瑾教授三焦辨治肿瘤相关性口疮

Professor Shu Qijin’s Experiences in Treating Cancer-Related Aphtha Based on Triple Energizer Syndrome Differentiation

口疮,相当于临床医学中的口腔溃疡,是肿瘤患者常见的并发症。西医治疗效果欠佳,中医通过辨证论治能取得较好疗效。本文总结了舒琦瑾教授三焦辨治肿瘤相关性口疮的诊治思路及临床经验。舒教授认为三焦气化功能失常、脏腑功能失调是肿瘤患者发生口疮的病因病机,临床辨证为上焦热盛证、中焦虚弱证、下焦虚损证三型,分别治以清宣邪热、健脾固本、补肾敛火。同时注重调畅气机,重视内外合治,衷中参西,临床获得良好疗效,值得借鉴。

Cancer-related aphtha is the equal to oral ulcer in modern medicine.It is a common complication in cancer patients.The effect of western medicine treatment was not satisfying,but treatment based on syndrome differentiation could reach satisfactory effect.This article summarized Professor Shu Qijin’s academic ideas and clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment on cancer-related aphtha according to triple energizer syndrome differentiation.Professor Shu thinks that the disturbance of Triple energizer Qi transformation、dysfunction of Zang-fu organs are the pathogenesis of aphtha in cancer patients,and divids the aphtha into three types:excessheat of Upper energizer,deficiency of Middle energizer,deficiency of Lower energizer.It should be treated with clearing Heat,invigorating Spleen and stabilizing Root,tonifying the Kidney and restricting the Fire.At the same time,Professor Shu pays attention to regulating the Qi movement and attaches importance to internal and external combination treatment,combinating traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,which has a good clinical effect.
