Relationship Between Suboccipital Muscle Group and Eye Based on“Entry into Brain System”Theory

本文基于“通项入脑属目系”理论,检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文生物医学期刊数据库自1990年1月1日至2020年2月1日有关针刺枕下肌群治疗眼病的中文文献,归纳中医理论有关枕下肌群病变引发眼病的病因病机及经络的联系,总结西医理论对枕下肌群与眼的解剖学认识与三个影响因素学说,探讨枕下肌群与眼的关系,并为针刺及手法治疗或结合针刺的中西医疗法作用枕下肌群治疗眼病的临床研究提供新思路。

In this paper,based on the theory of"general term into the brain belongs to the system",we searched the Chinese literature about the treatment of ophthalmopathy by acupuncture of suboccipital muscle group from January 1,1990 to February 1,2020,including CNKI,Wanfang Data,SinoMed and CMJD,and summarized the etiology,pathogenesis and meridian connection of ophthalmopathy caused by suboccipital muscle group lesions in traditional Chinese medicine theory.This paper summarized the theory of Western Medicine on the anatomical understanding of suboccipital muscle group and eyes and three influencing factors,discussed the relationship between suboccipital muscle group and eyes,and provided new ideas for the clinical research of acupuncture and manipulation therapy or the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
