盖板玻璃的四点弯曲强度影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 四点弯曲(4PB)强度是盖板玻璃的一个重要强度指标。本文研究了玻璃料方、化学强化、CNC加工以及4PB测试人员等因素对盖板玻璃的4PB的影响。研究结果表明:在料方中,随着网络形成体含量的降低,以及碱金属和碱土金属含量的增加,样品的4PB强度降低。料方二强化前后的4PB值分别为154.3 MPa和741.7 MPa,比料方一分别低16.5 MPa和482 MPa。对于料方一和料方二,强化后的4PB强度均大幅度提高,强化后比强化前的4PB值分别高619.1 MPa和587.4 MPa。通过优化CNC加工参数,提高了加工质量,也有助于改善盖板玻璃的4PB性能。 The Four-point bending(4 PB) strength is an important strength indicator of cover glass. This paper studies the influence of glass batch, chemical strengthening, CNC processing and 4 PB testers on the 4 PB of cover glass. The results show that in the batch, as the content of network forming bodies decreases and the content of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals increases, the 4 PB strength of the sample decreases. The 4 PB values before and after chemical strengthening of the batch two are 154.3 MPa and 741.7 MPa, which are 16.5 MPa and 48.2 MPa lower than the batch one, respectively. For the batch one and two, the strength of 4 PB after chemical strengthening is greatly improved, and the value of 4 PB after chemical strengthening are 619.1 MPa and 587.4 MPa higher than before chemical strengthening, respectively. By optimizing CNC processing parameters and improving processing quality, it also helps to improve 4 PB performance of cover glass.
