摘要 为实现火灾监控系统实时性好、探测距离远、抗干扰能力强的设计目标,根据有限线性调频Z变换(CZT)理论,将各通道的红外热释电传感器的时域信号细化成特征频段的频域信号,累加各通道的模值并与实验得到的火焰报警阈值进行比较,判断是否有火焰产生,实验验证表明,基于CZT算法的多波段红外热释电传感器能够实现远距离的火焰探测,有效抵抗高温热源和强光的干扰。 Aiming at the fire monitoring system,a multi-band infrared flame detector with good real-time performance,long detection range and strong anti-interference ability was developed.The time domain signals of the infrared pyroelectric sensor in each channel were refined into the frequency domain signals of the characteristic frequency band by using the theory of finite linear frequency modulation Z transform(CZT).The modulus values of each channel were accumulated and compared with the flame alarm threshold obtained by experiment to judge whether there was flame.Through a large number of verification experiments,the multi-band infrared pyroelectric sensor based on CZT algorithm could realize the remote flame detection,and effectively resist the interference of high temperature heat source and strong light.
