摘要 针对海军舰船高红外辐射问题,采用水幕水雾复合喷淋方式衰减目标红外辐射强度,试验分析压力参数对复合喷头和水膜喷头的红外降温特性的影响,试验结果表明,在以0.3 MPa为起点的各压力点下,复合喷头红外降温时长相较于水膜喷淋方式分别缩短了50.7%、35.3%、54.5%,尤其是在水雾喷出的瞬间,红外仪测得的温度分别低于传感器温度13.5℃、10.72℃、21.63℃,说明气助式复合喷头能够有效降低目标的红外可探测性,缩短目标的红外降温时长。 In order to reduce the infrared detectability of the warships,a new type of composite spray method is used to attenuate the infrared radiation characteristics of the target.The influence of pressure parameters upon the infrared cooling characteristics of composite nozzles and water film nozzles was experimentally analyzed.The test results showed that at each pressure point starting from 0.3 MPa,the infrared cooling time of the composite nozzle is reduced by 50.7%,35.3%,and 54.5%compared with the water film spraying method.Especially when the water mist is sprayed,the temperature measured by the thermal imaging camera is respectively lower than the sensor temperature by 13.5℃,10.72℃and 21.63℃.The test results prove that the air-assisted composite nozzle can reduce the infrared detectability of the target and shorten the infrared cooling time of the target effectively.
