基于锥型量热仪的核级与非核级电缆燃烧性能对比实验

摘要 选取K3和NC两种类型的电缆,利用锥形量热仪,针对热释放速率、有效燃烧热和质量损失速率3个重要的燃烧特性参数,实验分析不同的外辐射强度和电缆布设间距对电缆火灾特性的影响规律,结果表明,随着外部辐射强度的增强,电缆燃烧时的热释放速率、有效燃烧热及质量损失速率都会增大,并且到达第2个峰值的时间随之减少,即热辐射强度的增加会增大电缆的火灾危险性。布置间距的增加会导致电缆热释放速率峰值和有效燃烧热峰值先减小后增大,当布置间距为1 cm时,热释放速率峰值最小,相邻燃烧热释放速率峰值的时间间隔缩短,火灾增长速率增加。由于内部特殊防火结构,K3类电缆防火性能更佳,其热释放速率、有效燃烧热和质量损失速率都远远低于NC类电缆。 Three important combustion characteristic parameters of heat release rate,effective combustion heat and mass loss rate for K3 and NC cables were analyzed by using a cone calorimeter.The influence of different external radiation intensity and cable layout spacing on cable fire characteristics was investigated.The results showed that as the external radiation intensity increases,three parameters increase,while the time to reach the second peak decreases,that is,the increase in heat radiation intensity will increase fire hazard of cables.The increase of the layout spacing causes the cable heat release rate peak and the effective combustion heat peak to decrease first and then increase.When the layout spacing is 1 cm,the heat release rate peak is the smallest,and the time interval between adjacent combustion heat release rate peaks becomes smaller.However,the rate of fire growth increased.Due to the special internal fireproof structure of the K3 cable,its heat release rate,effective combustion heat and mass loss rate are far lower than that of the NC cable,so the fire performance of the K3 cable is better if the nuclear power plant uses the K3 cable.
