摘要
针对水面舰船射频液冷系统的高洁净度要求和工程中出现的实际问题,通过制定管路预制、管路安装、设备与附件材质及加工等工艺技术要求,全面排除污染源,最大限度保证串洗前系统洁净度;以清水、清洗剂及去离子水为清洁剂对冷却液管路分4个阶段实施串洗,明确各阶段详细的工艺控制方法与内容要点,某大型水面舰船陆上1∶1射频液冷系统验证表明,此方法可有效降低施工量及成本,缩短串洗周期。
In view of the high cleanliness requirements of the RF liquid cooling system of surface ships and the practical problems in engineering construction,an efficient and feasible cleanliness process control method was proposed.The technical requirements of pipeline prefabrication,pipeline installation,equipment and accessories materials and processing were formulated,so as to completely eliminate the pollution source and ensure the cleanliness of the system before series washing cleanliness.Using clean water,cleaning agent and deionized water as cleaning agents,the coolant pipeline was divided into four stages,and the detailed process control methods and content points of each stage were clarified.It was verified by a large surface ship’s 1∶1 RF liquid cooling system that this method can effectively reduce the construction amount and cost,and shorten the washing cycle.
