摘要
针对故障现象,结合充电枪电子锁的控制原理、动作时序和车身控制器的接口电路,找出充电枪电子锁的有效控制方法。确保充电枪电子锁闭锁状态下,车身控制器BCM能够正确地检测出充电枪电子锁的锁状态,并发送到CAN总线上作为整车控制器VCU判断是否满足整车交流充电的依据。
Focus on the fault situation,combined with the control principle and action sequence of the charging lock and interface circuit of body control module,the effective control method of charging lock is figured out.Ensure that the body control module(BCM)can correctly detect the lock status of the electronic lock under the locking state of the electronic lock,and send it to the CAN bus as the basis for the vehicle controller module(VCU)to judge whether it meets the AC charging of the whole vehicle.
