雷凌混合动力轿车动力系统故障引起的运行后偶发停机故障诊断排除

摘要 一辆雷凌双擎轿车出现动力不足、偶尔无法行驶,另一同款车型出现运行后偶发停机。由于故障现象相似且均为偶发性,充分理解混合动力车辆运行原理,利用"列线图"分析故障发生时的工况,借助故障码、定格数据缩小故障范围,细致排查故障点及严谨追溯故障发生根源。通过对所涉及的元件、电路等进行检测,两车故障点分别为MG2解析器导线连接器防水塞缺失、燃油泵搭铁点虚接,均为事故车维修疏忽导致。本案例为该类型的故障维修快速诊断提供参考。 LEVIN HEV has insufficient power and can't drive occasionally.The other model stops occasionally after running.Due to the similar fault phenomena,both of them are accidental.This article aims at fully understand the operation principle of hybrid electric vehicle,use“nomogram”to analyze the working condition when the fault occurs,reduce the fault range with the help of fault code and freeze frame data,carefully check the fault point and strictly trace the root cause of the fault.Through the detection of the components and circuits involved,the fault points of the two vehicles are respectively the missing waterproof plug of the MG2 resolver wire connector and the false connection of the grounding point of the fuel pump,which are caused by the negligence of the maintenance of the accident vehicle.This case provides a reference for the rapid diagnosis of this type of fault maintenance.
