摘要
为了平衡炼油化工装置工艺“风险管理”与“平稳运行”的关系,提出一种工艺平稳管理方法,包含管理和技术两个层面,在管理层面完善和提升保障工艺稳定运行的流程管理,包括报警、联锁、控制回路、先进控制(APC)、变更、异常波动管理等。在技术层面,侧重于对实时控制情况的评估诊断,及时定位存在的隐患,进而实施优化技术,提升控制性能,从而增强工艺运行的平稳程度。现场应用效果表明,该管理方法可大幅提升大型炼油化工企业的工艺平稳运行水平,降低装置运行风险。
In order to balance the relationship between“risk management”and“smooth operation”of refining and chemical plant process,this paper proposed a process stability management method,including management mode and technology.In the management level,the process management to ensure the stable operation of the process was improved,including alarm,interlock,control loop,advanced process control(APC),changemanagement and abnormal fluctuation management.In the technical level,it focuses on the evaluation and diagnosis of the real-time control situation,timely positioning the existing hidden dangers,and then implementing the optimization technology to improve the control performance,so as to enhance the stability of the process operation.The field application results showed that the management method can greatly improve the stable operation level of large-scale refining and chemical companies,and reduce the operation risk of the unit.
