摘要
针对石化企业空气分离车间噪声普遍比较严重的现状,选择某石化企业,采用手持式传声器阵列,结合远场声音定位的波束形成算法,对其空分车间所属的大型空气分离装置进行噪声源识别、定位,为下一步开展噪声治理提供研究方向。介绍了波束形成算法的基本理论和测试系统组成,以空气分离车间日常工作巡检路线为主线,对影响员工的设备进行噪声源定位,得到“噪声云图”,找到主要声源位置。
In view of the serious noise situation in the air separation workshop of petrochemical enterprises,a typical petrochemical enterprise was selected to identify and locate the noise source of the large air separation unit of the air separation workshop by using the handheld microphone array combined with the beamforming algorithm of far-field sound positioning,which provided a research direction for the next step of noise control.The basic theory of beamforming algorithm and the composition of the test system was introduced.The routine inspection route of the air separation workshop was set as the main line,the noise source of the equipment affecting the staff was located,and the“noise nephogram”was obtained to find the main sound source location.
