赤松茸林下仿野生配套栽培技术研究

Forming a Complete Set of Mimicry Wild Cultivation Techniques under Forest of Stropharia rugosoannulata

针对辽宁东部林区特有的生态气候特点和土壤类型,开展了赤松茸林下仿野生配套栽培技术研究。结果表明:赤松茸林下仿野生栽培的适宜林分为栎类次生林,其他林型适宜程度为天然杂木林>落叶松纯林>红松纯林>核桃楸林;适宜的立地条件为0°坡或小于20°坡、土壤pH 5.1~6.0(弱酸性)、土层厚度大于20 cm、表面枯枝落叶厚度5~8 cm;适宜的菌包放置方式为畦式栽培,但在通风性较好的环境也可采取地坑式栽培。

According to the unique ecological climate characteristics&soil types in the eastern forest area of Liaoning Province,the research on the cultivation technology of the wild-like Stropharia rugosoannulata under the forest was conducted.Result shows that the suitable forests for imitating wild cultivation under Stropharia rugosoannulata forest is oak secondary forests,and the suitable degree of other forest types is natural spinney>Larix gmelinii pure forest>Pinus koraiensis pure forest>Juglans mandshurica forest.Suitable site conditions are 0°slope or less than 20°slope,soil pH being 5.1-6.0(weakly acidic),soil layer thickness being greater than 20 cm,and surface litter thickness being 5-8 cm;suitable bacterial bag placement method is border cultivation.However,pit-type cultivation can also be adopted in a well-ventilated environment.
