小胶质细胞活化对脑出血后继发性脑损伤作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 小胶质细胞是参与防御脑损伤的主要免疫细胞。脑出血后,小胶质细胞被激活,吞噬受损神经细胞和红细胞,并分泌大量炎性因子和抗炎因子,在脑出血后继发性脑损伤中发挥神经毒性及损伤修复双重作用。该文就脑出血后小胶质细胞活化及其作用展开综述,探讨小胶质细胞在脑出血后继发性脑损伤中的作用。 Microglia cells are the main immune cells involved in the defense against brain damage.After intracerebral hemorrhage,microglia cells are activated to engulf damaged nerve cells and red blood cells,and secrete a large number of inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors,which play a dual role of neurotoxicity and injury repair in secondary brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews the activation of microglia after cerebral hemorrhage and its mechanism of action,in order to investigate the role of microglia cells in the secondary brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.
