摘要
为进一步适应日益复杂、频繁、精细的社区应急管理需要,深化社区尺度人口地理学研究,采用目视调查法对扬州市460个住宅小区出入口断面进行人口年龄、车辆档次、通勤统计,揭示了不同社区人口年龄、财富和通勤特征及形成机理,为开展短周期、小尺度人口地理学研究提供方法支撑。研究结果表明:目视调查法可实现对社区多频次、多维度人口特征提取,进而通过一手资料开展人口地理学的微观、持续研究;将社区按年龄、财富和通勤特征分为10种人口结构,社区人口结构存在公共服务、通勤、房价、历史、环境等空间指向,其特征可通过社区所在城市圈层及指示地物快速识别;社区人口结构特征的公共服务、通勤、房价、历史、环境等解释因子中,房价、通勤、环境因子关联最为广泛,是城市社区人口结构形成的基础要素。
In order to further adapt to the increasingly complex,frequent and meticulous requirements of community emergency management,and deepen the research on community scale population geography,visual-survey method is used to conduct statistics of population age,vehicles grade and commuting at the entrance and exit of 460 residential areas in Yangzhou City,revealing the characteristics and formation mechanism of population age,wealth and commuting in different communities and providing methodological support for carrying out short-term and small-scale population geography research.The results showed that:(1)the visual survey method can extract the high frequency and multi-dimensional population characteristics of the community,and then carry out the micro and continuous research of population geography through the first-hand data.(2)According to the characteristics of age,wealth and commuting,the community can be divided into 10 kinds of population structure,which includes spatial positional of public service,commuting,house price,history and environment.Its characteristics can be quickly identified by the urban circle layer and the indication landmark.(3)Among the public service,commuting,housing price,history,environment and other explanatory factors of community population structure characteristics,housing price,commuting and environment are the most widely related factors,which are the basic elements of the formation of urban community population structure.
