培育世界一流科技期刊是国家做出的一项重大战略决策,是我国建设世界科技强国的必由之路。文章从数据层面简要介绍了我国科技期刊的发展现状,从论文评价机制、我国期刊市场运营特点、期刊队伍建设等方面提出我国科技期刊面临的一些问题。最后从期刊的定位、内容建设、品牌建设、团队建设、加强出版数字化转型等层面,对提高我国期刊办刊质量,打造世界一流期刊提出一些建议和路径。

Cultivating world-class science and technology journals is a major strategic decision made by the country and is the only way for our country to build world-class science and technology power.The article briefly introduced the development status of Chinese science and technology through data review,and pointed out several problems from article appraisal mechanism,journal operation characteristic,and periodical team building.The article also put forward suggestions on how to improve the quality of the journal to make it among world-class periodicals from orientation,content construction,brand building,team building and digital transformation.
