“三化”背景下高职院校辅导员工作室的探索与实践——以江苏省高职院校为例

摘要 高职院校辅导员作为学校思想政治工作队伍中的一支专门力量,是学生思想政治教育工作的一线教师。随着高职院校“百万扩招”和现代职业教育体系建设的进一步落实,这支队伍的职业能力、培育发展直接关系到高职教育的发展和学生教育管理的成效。辅导员工作室是高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化、专家化(简称“三化”)建设的有效载体,高职院校辅导员工作室模式应具备哪些功能,在运营过程中存在什么问题,如何构建以工作室为单位的发展共同体,是需要高职院校探究的内容。 As a special force in the college ideological and political work team,the counselors of higher vocational colleges are the frontline teachers of students’ideological and political education work.Based on millions enrollment expansion and carry out of the construction of modern higher vocational education system,the professional capabilities,cultivation and development of the team are directly related to the development of higher vocational education and the effectiveness ofstudents’education management.The counselor studio is an effective carrier for the construction of professionalization,specialization and expertization("threetrans formations")for college counselor teams.The main content of this article includes the basic functions of the counselor studio model,the problems exist in the operation process,and the process of establishing a development community based on studios.
