新时代青年价值观培育是高职院校精神文明建设的需要,是青年价值共识养成的需要,是立德树人的需要。高职院校青年价值观培育现实困境表现为:培育过程中青年价值观培育理念认知不足、培育体系不健全、主体作用发挥不充分。唯有明确立德树人目标,深化高职院校价值观培育理念认知;遵循科学实效原则,健全高职院校价值观培育体系;精准把握时代脉搏,发挥高职院校青年价值观培育主体作用,才能提升新时代高职院校青年价值观培育实效。

The cultivation of youth values in the new era is the need of the construction of spiritual civilization in higher vocational colleges,the need of the formation of youth value consensus,and the need of moral education.Practical difficulties of the cultivation of youth values in higher vocational colleges are as follows:insufficient cognition of the cultivation concept of values in youth,imperfect cultivation system,and insufficient play of the main role in the cultivation process.Only by clarifying the goal of cultivating people with morality and deepening the cognition of the concept of cultivating values in higher vocational colleges,following the principle of scientific effectiveness,improving the value cultivation system of higher vocational colleges,accurately grasping the pulse of the times and giving full play to the main role of cultivating youth values in vocational colleges can we improve the effectiveness of cultivating youth values in vocational colleges in the new era.
