摘要
为解决可采资源储量不足的问题,对邢东矿1100南部采区建下压煤进行回采。结合当前矸石利用的不同方式,对比巷采和综采两种不同矸石充填方式,确定采用综合机械化矸石充填。选取地面充填站的位置,确定采用垂直投料系统将矸石运输至井下。根据固体料最大颗粒直径以及工程类比法等确定投料孔的直径。该项目可解放大量的呆滞煤炭资源,有效延长邢东矿的服务年限,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient coal resource,Xingdong Mine reclaimed the coal under pressure in the 1100 southern mining area.Combining the different ways of current gangue utilization,comparing the two different gangue filling methods of roadway mining and comprehensive mining,it was determined to adopt comprehensive mechanized gangue filling.The location of ground filling station was set,with vertical feeding system to transport gangue to underground.The diameter of the feed hole was determined according to the maximum particle diameter of solid material and engineering analogy.The project can liberate a large amount of stagnant coal resources,effectively extend the service life of Xingdong Mine,with significant economic and social benefits.
