摘要
为了减少龙泉煤矿4301工作面采空区底板涌水量,实现对底板承压水的保护,提出了基于千米定向钻进技术、MWD无线随钻测井、高速涡流制浆技术及一体化可移动式智能注浆技术的底板承压水保水开采技术,设计双井场同时施工,取得了良好的工业性试验效果,4301采空区涌水量由140 m^3/h减为50 m^3/h,采空区水质向动力环境微弱顶板静水环境演化,达到了底板承压水保水开采的目的,也对龙泉煤矿后续工作面保水开采具有借鉴指导意义。
In order to reduce the amount of water gushing from the bottom plate in Longquan Mine 4301 working face and protect the bottom plate pressure water,the bottom plate pressure water conservation mining technology based on kilometer directional drilling technology,MWD wireless drilling and logging,high-speed vortex slurry technology and integrated mobile intelligent slurry injection technology was proposed.The gushing water volume was reduced from 140 m^3/h to 50 m^3/h,and the water quality in the grotto evolved into a dynamic environment with weak top plate hydrostatic environment,which achieved the purpose of bottom-plate bearing water conservation mining,with a reference and guiding significance for Longquan Mine subsequent working face water conservation mining.
