摘要
本文通过小浮选对比了MF高效捕收剂与多种捕收剂的实验效果,结果表明,MF捕收剂捕收性能和选择性能优势明显。通过工业试验,对比分析了MF捕收剂在邢台矿洗煤厂的应用效果。实验表明,MF捕收剂较邢台矿现用捕收剂,精煤灰分低产率高,说明其选择性好、捕收性强。最优指标,MF捕收剂用量在0.6 kg/t干煤泥,精煤灰分10.54,抽出率60.57%。
The experimental effect of MF efficient trap with various traps through small flotation were compared,and the results showed that the MF trap performance and selection performance had obvious advantages.Through industrial experiments,the comparative analysis of the application effect of MF trap in Xingtai Mine coal washing plant was carried out.The experiments showed that the MF trap was more selective and effective than the current trap used in Xingtai Mine,with high yield of fine coal ash,which indicated its good selectivity and strong trapping performance.The optimal index,the dosage of MF trap was 0.6 kg/t dry coal sludge,the fine ash content was 10.54,and the extraction rate was 60.57%.
