摘要
克劳斯硫回收装置作为硫化氢酸性气处理装置,处理硫化氢气体、降低烟气排放指标所存在的环保意义,大于其生产硫磺产品的经济意义,其能否长周期稳定运行,一定程度上影响着企业的经济效益。对近年来山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团天溪煤制油分公司如何延长克劳斯硫回收装置运行周期的一些优化改造措施进行了研究探讨,包括点火燃烧器的改造、酸性气比例调节、脱盐水预热器的改造、液硫捕集器加装压力测点、尾气管道的改造等。
As a hydrogen sulfide acid gas treatment unit,the environmental protection significance of Claus sulfur recovery unit in dealing with hydrogen sulfide gas and reducing flue gas emission index is far greater than the economic significance of its production of sulfur products,whether it can run stably for a long period affects the economic benefits of enterprises to a certain extent.In recent years,some optimization measures of how to prolong the operation cycle of Claus sulfur recovery unit in Tianxi Coal to Oil Branch of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group were studied and discussed,including transformation of ignition burner,acid gas proportion regulation,transformation of desalted water preheater,installation of pressure measuring points in liquid sulfur catcher and transformation of tail gas pipeline etc..
