摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术(包括一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱和去卷积MIR光谱)开展门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构的研究。实验发现,门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的主要红外吸收官能团包括δasNH3^+-门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、δasCOO^--门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、δsNH3^+-门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、δCH2-门冬氨酸鸟氨酸和δsCOO^--门冬氨酸鸟氨酸等。研究发现,采用MIR光谱可以快速鉴别门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构。本课题为门冬氨酸鸟氨酸结构研究了建立一个新的方法学,具有重要的应用研究价值。
The structure of ornithine-aspartate was studied by mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy).It was found that the main infrared absorption functional groups of ornithine aspartate includedδasNH3^+-ornithine-aspartate、δas COO^--ornithine-aspartate,δsNH3^+-ornithine-aspartate,δCH2-ornithine-aspartate and δsCOO^--ornithine-aspartate.It was found that the structure of ornithine-aspartate could be identified by MIR spectroscopy.A new methodology has be established for the study of ornithine-aspartate structure,which has important application research value.
