甘氨酸生产废液的综合回收工艺研究

摘要 针对氯乙酸氨解法生产甘氨酸所排放的废液,提出采用蒸发结晶-萃取陈化-真空精馏工艺,回收废液中的氯化铵、甘氨酸的综合回收方案。分析了甘氨酸废液综合回收的工艺流程、特点以及采用综合回收技术的经济效益。实践证明,本工艺方案不仅解决了废液对环境的污染,而且有较高的经济效益;产品氯化铵满足GB2946-2018的要求。 Aiming at the waste liquid discharged from the production of glycine by ammonolysis with chloroacetic acid,a comprehensive recovery schem of ammonium chloride and glycine in the waste liquid by evaporation crystallization-extraction aging-vacuum distillation process was proposed.The technological process,characteristics and economic benefits of comprehensive recovery of glycine waste liquid were analyzed.The practice shows that this process scheme not only solves the environmental pollution of waste liquid,but also has higher economic benefits,and the product ammonium chloride meets the requirements of GB 2946-2018.
