综采工作面通风方式对顶板高位定向钻孔抽采效果的影响及分析 被引量:1

摘要 顶板高位定向钻孔是解决综采工作面采空区瓦斯积聚的主要手段,但是综采工作面不同的通风方式对顶板高位定向钻孔抽放效果影响较大。通过监测寺河矿W3309工作面顶板高位定向钻孔的抽放量,比较分析不同通风方式下顶板定向高位钻孔的抽放效果。结果表明:在采用“三进一回”偏Y型后置回风和“两进一回”U+L型前置回风两种不同通风方式下,抽放纯量相差10 m 3/min以上,工作面风流瓦斯体积分数相差0.18%。文章结合这两种通风方式的采空区瓦斯流场分布,对顶板定向高位钻孔进行了优化和补充,有效地解决了采空区瓦斯涌出问题。 The high-level directional borehole in roof is one of the major methods to solve the gas accumulation in goaf of fully mechanized working face.However,the ventilation modes have a greater impact on the drainage of the high-level directional boreholes in roof.By the comparison of the drainage volume of W3309 working face in Sihe Mine,the results showed that,with two ventilation modes of three-in-one-back partial Y-type rear return air ventilation and two-in-one-return U+L type front return air ventilation,the drainage scalar differs by more than 10 m 3/min,and the gas concentration in the working face differs by 0.18%.Combined with the gas flow field distribution in goaf of the two ventilation modes,the study optimized and supplemented the roof directional high-level borehole technology,which could effectively solve the gas emission in goaf.
