摘要
在以往的有轨电车线路中遇到较小的曲线半径时,一般对钢轨预弯采用单点顶弯的方式,而在成都、三亚、广州、云南的有轨电车小半径曲线则采用了一套全新的钢轨连续滚弯技术。目前国内对于钢轨的连续滚弯技术的受力研究甚少,因此,为了对比分析两种钢轨预弯工艺对有轨电车轨道应力分布的影响,建立三维钢轨预弯非线性有限元建模。通过研究可得,两种工艺对钢轨预应力分布的影响,钢轨的应力—应变与推进量之间的关系,指出连续滚弯工艺的优越性。
In the past,when the trolley line encountered a small curve radius,the rail pre-bending generally adopted the way of single-point top bending,while the small radius curve of the trolley line in Chengdu and Sanya adopted a new set of continuous rail rolling curve technology.At present,there is little research on the stress of continuous rail rolling bending technology in China.Therefore,in order to compare and analyze the influence of two kinds of rail pre-bending technology on the stress distribution of tram track,this paper establishes three-dimensional nonlinear finite element modeling for rail pre-bending.Through the study,the influence of the two technologies on the prestress distribution of the rail,the relationship between the stress-strain of the rail and the propulsive amount,and the superiority of continuous rolling bending technology are pointed out.
