摘要 针对建筑行业施工现场危险危害因素复杂多变、安全事故易发的特点及现状,以某建筑工地的现场施工安全为研究对象,从人员、施工设备、环境、安全管理这四个因素辨识施工现场存在的安全风险,构建了4个一级指标、14个二级指标的评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法对各因素、指标进行定性及定量分析。结果表明人是影响施工现场安全的最主要因素,其次为施工设备因素,同时安全管理对施工现场安全也具有重要的影响作用,由此从人员安全教育培训、设备可靠及安全、安全管理等方面提出安全提升对策,为建筑施工企业安全生产及安全管理控制提供理论依据。 Aim at the characteristics and status quo of construction industry that construction site critical factors complex and changeable thus safety accidents prone,taking the site construction safety of a construction site as the research instance,from human factor,construction equipment,environment,safety management of the four factors to identify the safety risks of the construction site,construct the risk assessment index system of 4 first-level indexes and 14 second-level indexes,then the method analytic hierarchy process was applied to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for these various indexes.The result shows that human is the most important factor affecting the safety of construction site,the second factor is construction equipment,meanwhile,safety management also plays an important role in the safety of construction site,accordingly from the aspects of safety education and training of personnel,equipment reliability and safety,safety management to propose safety countermeasures,for the construction enterprises provides the theory basis for safety production and safety management control.
