多维度提升新时代高校中层干部胜任力

摘要 作为高校发展的主要组织者和实施者,高校中层干部群体需要适应新形势,不断提升胜任力来推动高校的发展,为实现民族复兴、推进“双一流”建设和高校内涵式发展作出贡献。针对目前胜任力提升存在的问题,高校中层干部既要加强理论学习,坚定信念,也要提高才能和道德修养,更要加强教育培训,从政治方向、自身努力、智力保障等方面全面提升自身的胜任力。 As the main organizer and implementer of the development of colleges and universities,the middle-level cadres in colleges and universities need to adapt to the new situation and constantly improve their competence to promote the development of colleges and universities,so as to make contributions to the realization of national rejuvenation and the promotion of the construction of"double first-class"and the connotative development of colleges and universities.In view of the existing problems in improving the competence of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities,it is expected not only to strengthen theoretical study to keep the faith,but also to improve the ability and moral cultivation.More importantly,it is necessary to strengthen the educational training,so as to comprehensively improve the competence of middle-level cadres from the aspects of political direction,personal endeavor and intellectual backup.
