摘要
目的探讨H.pylori感染并血清胃蛋白酶原阳性与胃息肉发病的相关性。方法选取80例胃息肉患者作为实验组,80例健康人作为对照组,均进行幽门螺杆菌感染检测和血清胃蛋白原浓度检测,比较两组及亚组幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率及血清胃蛋白原浓度。结果实验组H.pylori感染阳性率为68.75%,对照组为61.25%,两组H.pylori感染阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05),炎性息肉组、腺瘤组H.pylori感染阳性率分别为78.13%、100.00%较对照组的61.25%、增生性息肉组的60.00%显著性提高(P<0.05),实验组PGⅠ、PGR分别为(80.33±14.89)ng/mL、(5.05±1.67)较对照组(115.34±15.70)ng/mL、(7.43±2.11)显著性降低(P<0.05),实验组、对照组PGⅡ分别为(15.80±3.23)ng/mL、(17.61±3.20)ng/mL无显著性差异(P>0.05),炎性息肉组、腺瘤组PGⅠ、PGR较对照组均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论H.pylori感染及血清胃蛋白酶原浓度检测对胃息肉的诊断具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between H.pylori infection,serum pepsinogen positive and the development of gastric polyps.Methods Select 80 patients with gastric polyps as the experimental group and 80 healthy people as the control group.Infection detection and serum gastrin concentration test,compared the positive rates of Helicobacter pylori infection and serum gastrin concentration in the two groups and subgroups.Results The positive rate of H.pylori infection in the experimental group was 68.75%,and the control group was 61.25%.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of H.pylori infection in the group(P>0.05).The positive rates of H.pylori infection in the inflammatory polyp group and adenoma group were 78.16%and 100.00%,respectively,compared with 61.25%in the control group and the proliferative polyp group.60.00%increased significantly(P<0.05).The PGⅠand PGR in the experimental group were(80.33±14.89)ng/mL and(5.05±1.67),respectively.Compared with the control group(115.34±15.70)ng/mL and(7.43±2.11),(P<0.05),PGⅡin the experimental group and the control group were(15.80±3.23)ng/mL and(17.61±3.20)ng/mL,respectively.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The inflammatory polyp group and adenoma The PGⅠand PGR in the group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion H.pylori infection and detection of serum pepsinogen concentration have important clinical significance for the diagnosis of gastric polyps.
