摘要
目的探讨血清GDF15、FGF21与早期糖尿病肾脏疾病(EDKD)的关系。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月于延安大学附属医院综合内科就诊的T2DM患者120例,根据uACR结果分为单纯T2DM患者(T2DM组)80例、EDKD患者(EDKD组)40例及同期我院体检的年龄、性别均衡可比的健康者为对照组(NC组)50例。比较各组血清GDF15、FGF21并分析其与EDKD的相关性。结果EDKD组血清GDF15、FGF21高于T2DM组及NC组,P<0.05。Pearson相关分析结果显示,FGF21与糖尿病病程、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、uACR、β2MG呈正相关。GDF15与病程、FPG、HbA1c、uACR、CRE、β2MG呈正相关。Logistic回归分析显示,FGF21及GDF15是DKD的危险因素。结论DKD患者血清GDF15、FGF21水平升高,血清GDF15及FGF21是EDKD的危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum GDF15,FGF21 and EDKD.Methods 120 patients with T2DM who were treated in the Department of Internal Medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Yan′an University were selected from February 2017 to February 2019.According to the results of uACR,they were divided into 80 patients with simple T2DM(T2DM group),40 patients with EDKD(EDKD group)and the same period.In our hospital,50 healthy people with a balanced age and gender were included in the control group(NC group).The serum GDF15 and FGF21 of each group were compared and their correlation with EDKD was analyzed.Results Serum GDF15 and FGF21 in EDKD group were higher than those in T2DM group and NC group,P<0.05.Pearson correlation analysis showed that FGF21 was positively correlated with the duration of diabetes,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbA1c,uACR andβ2MG.GDF15 was positively correlated with disease duration,FPG,HbA1c,uACR,CRE,β2MG.Logistic regression analysis showed that FGF21 and GDF15 were the risk factors for DKD.Conclusion The levels of serum GDF15 and FGF21 in DKD patients are elevated.Serum GDF15 and FGF21 are risk factors for EDKD.
