屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)与屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗原发性痛经的疗效分析

Comparison of the efficacy of drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets (Ⅱ) and drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

目的研究屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)与屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)治疗原发性痛经的疗效差异。方法将西北妇女儿童医院门诊就诊的70名拟接受复方口服避孕药的原发性痛经患者随机分为优思悦组(n=35)与优思明组(n=35),记录治疗3月前后月经期VAS评分、子宫动脉平均PI及RI值,组内差异采用Wilcoxon检验,组间差异采用t检验。结果优思悦与优思明治疗原发性痛经3月后,VAS评分及RI值均降低,有统计学差异(P>0.05),但PI值及两组疗效之间无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优思明与优思悦均能有效治疗原发性痛经,但二者疗效无差异。

Objective To compare drospirenone 3mg/ethinyl estradiol 20 mcg in a 24/4-day regimen combined oral contraceptive(YAZ)vs.drospirenone 3 mg/ethinyl estradiol 30 mcg in a 21/7-day regimen combined oral contraceptive(Yasmin)in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Seventy patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were going to receive combined oral contraceptives were divided into YAZ group(n=35)and Yasmin group(n=35)randomly.VAS score,mean PI and RI of uterine artery were recorded before and after treatment for three months.Wilcoxon test was used for intra-group differences and t test was used for inter-group differences.Results After 3 months of treatment with YAZ and Yasmin,the VAS score and RI value decreased significantly(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in PI value and efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Both YAZ and Yasmin can treat primary dysmenorrhea effectively,but there is no difference between them.
