摘要
城市化的不断扩张,带来道路越修越宽、街道越来越长、街区越来越大,而人和自行车的出行却越来越困难.这就是“宽马路、大街区”规划理念下的弊端.随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活品质的要求也越来越高,人性化的设计在人们的生活中扮演者越来越重要的角色.以前“宽马路、大街区”的传统城市规划也逐渐受到各种批判.2016年“窄马路、密路网”的规划理念得到推广,但是在实施过程中“小街区、密路网”的理念如何落地,是否能落地是至关重要的.笔者以波特兰、曼哈顿为典型案例,分析小街区、密路网的构成要素,得到小街区密路网的核心要素,对“小街区密路网”的适用性进行分析.通过对巴塞罗那、阿斯庞规划理念的分析,得出笔者期待的规划理念模式.
With the continuous expansion of urbanization,the roads are getting wider and wider,the streets are getting longer and longer,the blocks are getting bigger and bigger,and pedestrians and bicycles are getting more and more difficult.This is the drawback of the“wide roads and street districts”planning concept.With the continuous improvement of living standards,people's requirements for quality of life are getting higher and higher,and humanized design plays an increasingly important role in people's lives.In the past,the traditional urban planning of“wide roads and street districts”was gradually criticized.In 2016,the planning concept of“A Dense Network of Streets with Short Blocks”was promoted.However,in the implementation process,how to put the concept of“short block”is crucial.The author takes Portland and Manhattan as typical cases,analyzes the components of the Dense Network of Streets,and gets the core elements of the Short Blocks.Through the analysis of Barcelona and Aspen's planning ideas,this paper further proposes what kind of planning ideas would work China.
