针灸联合康复训练对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on gross motor function and balance function in children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨针灸联合康复训练对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月于本院接受治疗的脑瘫患儿80例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=39)。对照组在常规治疗基础上进行康复训练,观察组则联合针灸治疗,对比两组患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能。结果干预6个月后,观察组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)评分、平衡功能量表(Berg)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合康复训练能明显改善脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能,临床可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on gross motor function and balance function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy who treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to treatment methods.Control group was given rehabilitation training based on routine treatment,and observation group was treated with acupuncture based on control group.The gross motor function and balance function were compared between two groups.Results After intervention for 6 months,the scores of gross motor function measure(GMFM)and Berg balance scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve gross motor function and balance function of children with cerebral palsy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
