低氧环境下JB蛋白联合中药治疗女性宫颈高危HPV感染的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of high risk cervical HPV infection by JB protein combined with traditional Chinese medicine under hypoxic environment

摘要 目的:探讨低氧环境下JB蛋白联合中药治疗女性宫颈高危人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床治疗效果。方法:将青海红十字医院2017年3月至2019年6月收治的宫颈HR-HPV感染的女性患者200例纳入研究,随机分成两组,各100例。观察组使用抗HPV生物蛋白隐形膜联合自拟中药治疗,对照组使用宫颈局部干扰素治疗。对比观察组和对照组HPV持续感染的情况、HPV转为阴性的情况以及中医症候积分。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组的HPV持续感染率明显比对照组低,并且HR-HPV的转阴率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组的中医症候积分低于对照组,并且两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低氧环境下采用JB蛋白联合中药治疗女性HR-HPV效果显著,可减少HPV持续感染,提高HR-HPV转阴率,改善患者临床症状。 Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of JB protein combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of female cervical high-risk human papillomavirus infection under hypoxic environment.Methods:A total of 200 female patients with cervical HR-HPV infection admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital between March 2017 and June 2019 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into 2 groups with 100 cases each.The observation group was treated with anti-HPV biofilm combined with self-designed traditional Chinese medicine decoction,while the control group was treated with local interferon of the cervix.Comparison of HPV persistent infection between the observation group and the control group,HPV negative and TCM syndrome score.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In low oxygen environment,JB protein combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of female HR-HPV,which can reduce the persistent infection of HPV,improve the rate of HR-HPV negative conversion,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
