品管圈活动在降低静脉穿刺失败率中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of quality control circle activities in reducing the failure rate of venipuncture

目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低静脉穿刺失败率上的效果。方法:对某市二级甲等综合民营医院9个病区住院患者静脉穿刺情况进行横断面调查,观察静脉穿刺失败的现象,开展降低静脉穿刺失败率QCC活动,进行分析原因,设定目标,拟定对策并实施。结果品管圈活动后,静脉穿刺失败率由3.74%下降至1.57%;静脉留置针使用率由21.65%上升到34.56%;静脉留置针穿刺失败率由7.99%下降至2.72%;钢针穿刺失败率由2.56%下降至0.96%;圈员在团队组织能力、沟通协调能力、执行力、QC手法运用技能等方面均有提高。结论:QCC活动的开展可以有效降低静脉穿刺的失败率,规范护士静脉治疗操作技术。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the failure rate of venipuncture.Methods:Conduct cross-sectional surveys of venipuncture in inpatients in 9 wards of general private hospitals of Grade A in a city,observe the phenomenon of venipuncture failure,carry out QCC activities to reduce the rate of venipuncture failure,analyze the reasons,set targets,and formulate countermeasures and implement.Results:After the quality control circle,the venous puncture failure rate decreased from 3.74%to 1.57%;the venous indwelling needle usage rate increased from 21.65%to 34.56%;the venous indwelling needle puncture failure rate decreased from 7.99%to 2.72%;the steel needle puncture failure rate from 2.56%to 0.96%;circle members have improved in team organization,communication and coordination,execution,QC techniques and other skills.Conclusion:The development of QCC activities can effectively reduce the failure rate of venipuncture and standardize nurses'venous treatment operation techniques.
