围手术期精细化管理联合人文关怀和循证护理对断指再植患者术后康复结局的影响

Effects of perioperative refined management combined with humane care and evidence-based nursing on the outcome of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with severed finger replantation

目的:探讨围手术期精细化管理联合人文关怀和循证护理对断指再植患者术后康复结局的影响结果。方法:选取本院2016年1月至2019年9月42例接受断指再植手术患者,随机分为对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=22)。对照组实施围手术期精细化管理,观察组在对照组基础上联合人文关怀和循证护理模式。对比两组患者术后康复结局。结果:两组术后血管危象发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患指血液循环状态指标明显优于对照组;观察组再植体功能优良率及断指存活率明显高于对照组;观察组负性情绪(SAS/SDS)、疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组;跟踪观察3个月,观察组手指功能评分、生活自理评分及生存质量情况明显优于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期精细化管理联合人文关怀和循证护理可显著改善断指再植患者术后康复结局,对手术外伤患者临床实施意义重大。

Objective:To explore the impact of perioperative fine management combined with humane care and evidence-based nursing on the outcome of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with severed finger replantation.Methods:From January 2016 to September 2019,42 patients undergoing replantation of severed fingers were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=22).The control group implemented perioperative fine management,and the observation group combined humanistic care and evidence-based nursing mode based on the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative vascular crisis between the two groups(P>0.05);the index of blood circulation status of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;The negative emotion(SAS/SDS)and pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;follow-up observation for 3 months,the finger function score,life self-care score and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group Group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative fine management combined with humane care and evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the outcome of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with severed finger replantation,which is of great significance for the clinical implementation of patients with surgical trauma.
