摘要
目的:研究有创-无创序贯机械通气用于小儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2019年1月期间,本院接收的30例小儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿作为研究对象,将采用持续性有创通气治疗的15例设为A组,将以有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗的15例设为B组,比较治疗结果。结果:治疗后,B组的HR、RR、PaCO2、机械通气时间以及ICU住院时间与A组相比均明显更低,P<0.05;且B组患儿并发症发生率6.67%,A组为26.67%,对比可知,B组患儿的并发症发生率与A组相比明显更低,P<0.05;结论采用有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗小儿重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭效果理想,且安全性高。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of invasive-noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children with respiratory failure.Method:From December 2016 to January 2019,30 children with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure received in our hospital were selected.The 15 cases treated with continuous invasive ventilation were set as group A,and the invasive-Fifteen patients treated with noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation were set as group B,and the treatment results were compared.Results:After treatment,the HR,RR,PaCO2,mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,P<0.05;and the incidence of complications in group B was 6.67%,compared with group A 26.67%.The comparison shows that the incidence of complications in group B is significantly lower than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of invasive-noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation to treat severe pneumonia in children with respiratory failure is effective,and It has high safety.
