普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘效果研究

Study on the effect of Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma

目的:了解普米克气雾剂联合孟鲁司特在小儿哮喘治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取39例哮喘患儿作对照组,采用普米克气雾剂治疗;另选取39例哮喘患儿作研究组,采用普米克气雾剂与孟鲁司特联合治疗,对两组患儿各自治疗后效果进行比较。结果:1)研究组、对照组患儿用药后总有效率分别为94.87%、79.48%(P<0.05);2)研究组患儿用药后各项肺功能指标改善更明显,与对照组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:普米克气雾剂与孟鲁司特联合在小儿哮喘治疗中效果显著,利于肺功能的改善。

Objective:To understand the clinical value of Pulmicort aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods:39 children with asthma were selected as the control group and treated with Pulmicort aerosol;another 39 children with asthma were selected as the research group,and the combined treatment with Pulmicort aerosol and montelukast was used to treat each group of children.Compare the effects after treatment.Results:1)The total effective rates of the children in the study group and the control group were 94.87%and 79.48%(P<0.05)respectively(P<0.05);2)The lung function indexes of the children in the study group improved more significantly after treatment,compared with the control group There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Pulmicort aerosol and montelukast has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric asthma,which is beneficial to the improvement of lung function.
