基于ERAS理念下的日间手术镇痛模式的评价

Evaluation of day surgery analgesia model based on ERAS concept

目的:探究ERAS理念下镇痛管理模式在日间乳腺良性肿瘤术中的可行性。方法:收集210例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,依据入院时间分为观察组和常规组,观察组采用基于ERAS理念下的日间手术镇痛模式,常规组采用传统疼痛管理模式。比较两组手术时间、术后各时段的疼痛评分、镇痛及医护服务满意度。结果:观察组的手术时间与常规组比较无明显差异,但术后视觉模拟评分均低于常规组;观察组止痛满意度及医护满意度均高于常规组。结论:ERAS理念下的镇痛管理模式在日间乳腺肿瘤切除术可有效减轻患者疼痛,且满意度和可行性高。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of analgesia management model in daytime benign breast tumors under the concept of ERAS.Methods:210 patients with benign breast tumors were collected.According to the time of admission,they are divided into observation group and routine group.The observation group adopts the daytime surgical analgesia model based on the ERAS concept,and the routine group adopts the traditional pain management model.The operation time,postoperative pain score,analgesia and satisfaction of medical services were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the observation group was not significantly different from that of the routine group,but the postoperative visual analogue scores were lower than those of the conventional group.The satisfaction degree of pain relief and medical care of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group.Conclusion:The analgesic management model under the ERAS concept can effectively reduce the pain of patients during daytime breast tumor resection,satisfaction and feasibility are high.
