舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的:分析舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中的效果。方法:选择本院自2017年6月至2019年6月诊治的126例老年慢性心衰患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,对两组护理疗效进行比较。结果:观察组生活质量总分为(42.83±4.98)分,明显高于对照组的(34.92±4.29)分,相对比,P<0.05。结论:老年慢性心衰护理中给予舒适护理有较好的疗效。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:126 elderly patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,a control group and an observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing care.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total quality of life score of the observation group was(42.83±4.98)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(34.92±4.29)points,relative,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing has a good effect in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and is worthy of promotion.
