基于循证护理的临床护理路径在甲状腺手术围术期中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of thyroid surgery

目的:探究基于循证护理的临床护理路径在甲状腺手术围术期中的应用效果,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年10月在沈阳市浑南区中心医院接受甲状腺手术的86例患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组,对照组和研究组(每组43例),对照组给予常规围手术期护理,研究组采用基于循证护理的临床护理路径,比较两组患者的护理满意度和生活质量。结果:研究组患者的护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组(81.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前,生活质量评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺手术围术期护理中,基于循证护理的临床护理路径能够提高患者生活质量,促进其更好地恢复,患者满意度理想,推荐在临床护理工作中应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of thyroid surgery,so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen.Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in Hunnan District Central Hospital of Shenyang City from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(43 cases in each group).The control group was given routine perioperative nursing care,and the experimental group was given the clinical nursing path based on evidence-based nursing,the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.35%,higher than that of the control group(81.39%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),after nursing,the scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery,the clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life of patients,promote their better recovery,and patients'satisfaction is ideal,so it is recommended to be applied in clinical nursing work.
