前置胎盘介入术后行COOK球囊畸形引产的临床护理

Clinical nursing care of induced labor with cook balloon malformation after placenta previa intervention

目的:分析COOK球囊畸形引产应用在前置胎盘介入术后所配合的有效护理手段。方法:将本院的82例前置胎盘介入手术以后进行COOK球囊畸形引产的患者分为观察组和对照组,分别对两组患者配合针对性护理和常规护理,对两组各级别统计学数据进行统计验证,最终进行统计学比较。结果:观察组的促宫颈成熟率为95.12%(39/41),对照组为75.61%(31/41),P<0.05;观察组宫颈Bishop评分、总产程时间、产后出血量以及VAS评分等方面都明显优于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异性。结论:前置胎盘介入术后的产妇应用COOK球囊畸形引产能够有效提升宫颈成熟率,提升整体的分娩效率,是有效护理手段。

Objective:To analyze the effective nursing measures of cook balloon malformation induction in placenta previa after interventional operation.Methods:82 cases of placenta previa after interventional operation were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the two groups were given targeted nursing and routine nursing respectively.The statistical data of each level of the two groups were statistically verified,and the final statistical comparison was made.Results:The cervical ripening rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),and that of the control group was 75.61%(31/41),P<0.05;the cervical Bishop score,total labor process time,postpartum hemorrhage volume and VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion:The application of cook balloon in the induction of labor after placenta previa intervention can effectively improve the cervical ripening rate and the overall delivery efficiency,which is an effective nursing method and worthy of promotion.
