西药用药不良反应及临床合理用药探讨

目的:探究西药用药不良反应原因及如何在临床中合理用药。方法:选择本院于2019年3月至2020年3月收治的发生西药不良反应的144例患者。统计所有患者的临床资料,并分析患者的用药方式、所用药物、不良反应的症状和原因。结果:临床用药导致患者发生不良反应的原因主要包括重复用药、用药与诊断不符、给药时间以及间隔时间不当、联用不合、剂型不当等,其中剂型不当、联用不合两种因素出现率最高。药物不良反应所累及的患者组织系统有全身、皮肤、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、血液循环系统等,其中出现率最高的为皮肤。结论:西药用药不合理会对患者产生诸多副作用,因此医护人员合理为患者配置药物非常必要。

Objective:To explore the causes of adverse reactions of western medicines and how to use them in clinical practice.Methods:144 patients with adverse reactions of western medicine who were admitted to our hospital between March 2019 and March 2020 were selected.Statistics of all patients'clinical data,and analysis of patients'medication methods,drugs used,symptoms and causes of adverse reactions.Results:The main reasons for patients'adverse reactions caused by clinical medication include:repeated medication,medication inconsistent with diagnosis,improper dosing time and interval,inappropriate combination,improper dosage form,etc.The incidence of improper dosage form and improper combination were the highest.The tissue systems of patients affected by adverse drug reactions are:whole body,skin,nervous system,respiratory system,digestive system,blood circulation system,etc.,among which the skin is the highest occurrence rate.Conclusion:The unreasonable use of western medicine can cause many side effects to patients,so it is very necessary for medical staff to allocate drugs to patients reasonably.
